Android 隐私政策

1. 适用范围 Scope

本政策适用于 CNC Path Android 应用。CNC Path 是用于本地程序管理、编辑、OCR 导入、指令查询和轻量刀路仿真的辅助型 CNC 程序工作台。

This policy applies to the CNC Path Android application. CNC Path is an auxiliary CNC workspace for local program management, editing, OCR import, instruction reference, and lightweight toolpath simulation.

2. 账号、广告与跟踪 Accounts, Ads & Tracking

计划发布的 Android V1.0.1 不要求创建 CNC Path 账号，不包含会员、订阅、应用内购买、广告 SDK 或行为跟踪 SDK，也不运营 CNC 程序云存储服务。

The planned Android V1.0.1 release requires no CNC Path account, membership, subscription, or in-app purchase, includes no advertising or behavioral-tracking SDK, and does not operate a cloud-storage service for CNC programs.

3. 相机与图片 Camera & Images

只有当用户选择拍摄 CNC 程序图片时，CNC Path 才请求相机权限。选择已有图片时，应用使用 Android 系统文件或图片选择界面。用户可以拒绝相机权限，并继续使用不需要相机的功能。

CNC Path requests camera access only when the user chooses to capture a CNC program image. Existing images are selected through Android system file or image interfaces. Users may deny camera access and continue using features that do not require the camera.

4. OCR 与 Google ML Kit OCR & Google ML Kit

CNC Path 使用 Google ML Kit 文字识别 SDK。OCR 输入图片和识别文本在设备上处理；根据 Google 的 ML Kit 隐私说明，输入内容和识别结果不会发送到 Google 服务器。

Google 说明 ML Kit SDK 会为诊断和使用分析收集设备与应用信息、安装级标识、性能指标、API 配置、输入／输出大小、功能版本、事件类型及错误代码。这些数据通过 HTTPS 加密传输，Google 表示不会把该等数据传输给第三方。

CNC Path uses the Google ML Kit text-recognition SDK. OCR images and recognized text are processed on-device; according to Google's ML Kit privacy information, input content and recognition results are not sent to Google servers.

Google states that ML Kit collects device and app information, per-installation identifiers, performance metrics, API configuration, input and output sizes, feature versions, event types, and error codes for diagnostics and usage analytics. This data is encrypted in transit with HTTPS, and Google states that it is not transferred to third parties.

5. 本地存储 Local Storage

CNC Path 在设备的应用私有存储中保存程序文件、文件夹、编辑草稿、偏好设置、语言、显示单位及其他应用状态。用户可以在应用内编辑、导出、移动或删除程序内容。

卸载应用或清除应用数据可能删除本地内容。用户应在执行这些操作前主动导出需要保留的程序或备份。

CNC Path stores program files, folders, editor drafts, preferences, language, display units, and other app state in private app storage. Users can edit, export, move, or delete program content in the app. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove local content, so users should export required programs or backups first.

6. 导入、分享与外部服务 Import, Sharing & External Services

只有在用户主动使用 Android 系统界面选择、打开、导入或分享文件后，CNC Path 才处理相应内容。用户选择的文件来源或分享目标可能适用其自身隐私政策。

CNC Path processes a file only after the user selects, opens, imports, or shares it through Android system interfaces. The selected file source or sharing destination may apply its own privacy policy.

7. 数据保留与删除 Retention & Deletion

本地程序和设置会保留到用户在应用内删除、清除应用数据或卸载应用。计划发布的 V1.0.1 没有 CNC Path 服务端账号，因此没有服务端账号注销流程。

Local programs and settings remain until the user deletes them in the app, clears app data, or uninstalls the app. The planned V1.0.1 release has no CNC Path server account and therefore no server-account deletion process.

8. 儿童 Children

CNC Path 面向 CNC 专业、制造和学习场景，并非专门面向儿童。

CNC Path is intended for CNC professional, manufacturing, and learning contexts and is not specifically directed to children.

9. 安全边界 Safety Boundary

CNC 程序可能包含保密生产信息。用户应在导出或分享前检查内容。CNC Path 不提供碰撞保证、加工安全保证、过切检测或完整真实机床验证。

CNC programs may contain confidential production information. Users should review content before export or sharing. CNC Path does not guarantee collision detection, machining safety, overcut detection, or complete real-machine verification.

10. 政策变更 Changes

如果权限、SDK、数据处理或产品功能发生重大变化，我们会在发布相应版本前更新本政策及适用的应用商店隐私申报。

If permissions, SDKs, data handling, or product capabilities materially change, this policy and applicable store disclosures will be updated before the corresponding release.
